The boys had their first plane trip to go out to Savannah for my sister's wedding at the end of October. We were pretty concerned with how they would do traveling. We packed plenty of books, snacks, snacks, snacks, and snacks. They stay happy as long as they're full. On our way to Savannah they were absolute angels. It was one of those days where we couldn't imagine how they could have possibly been sweeter/better behaved. Caleb had a blast meeting so many people - he even got passed around a few laps on the airplane. Calvin was a happy camper running everywhere but just isn't quite as much of a flirt as Caleb is with strangers.
How was Savannah and the wedding??? Absolutely wonderful! The weather was awesome and we had a blast roaming around the town. The wedding was beautiful and we are so excited to welcome Eric as our new brother in law!
We had lots of help from Aunt Claire Rita and Uncle Rod taking care of the boys and my parents of course!
Me and my beautiful sister Amber and niece Sami.
Aunt Claire Rita loved watching the boys and loving on them!
The boys played peek-a-boo through the glass doors! It was hilarious to watch!
We took them down to River Street for lots of shopping and...
wonderful low country food!
There are so many beautiful squares in Savannah and the boys loved splashing in the water fountains!
Sami tried to convince me this was her real hair...
Scott and I snuck away and headed to the low country for lunch.
It is just beautiful and takes us back to our year in South Carolina.
There is something overly cute about little boys in button up shirts and diapers! I just can't get enough of this cuteness!
Calvin loves his Grand-dad!
Amber and Eric we were so thankful to get to be a part of the beginning of your marriage and can't wait to see how it grows and becomes even greater! Sami is well loved and taken care of by the two of you!
